Suzhou, Nov 24, 2025 — Suzhou Peifeng Tunan Semiconductor Co., Ltd. officially released the 2025.10 version of Mozz TCAD suite. As the first domestic TCAD tool package to support complete 3D process and 3D device simulation in China, It has successfully tackled the long-standing reliance on imported EDA tools, a critical "bottleneck" in China’s semiconductor industry.

This release introduces several critical new tools, including the 3D process-topography simulators Mozz ProcEmu, Mozz ProcFlow, and Mozz Analytics, as well as the finite-difference-based 3D RC parameter extractor Mozz RCExFD, further strengthening the suite’s capabilities in process modeling and electrical characteristic analysis.

In addition to the new tools, the suite also integrates a comprehensive set of fully functional software tools, including the 2D/3D process simulator Mozz Process, 2D/3D device simulator Mozz Device, the integrated work platform Mozz Workbench, visualization tool Mozz Visual, geometric preprocessing tool Mozz Structure, TCAD2SPICE tool Mozz Extract, and 3D RC extraction tool Mozz RCex..These tools establish a complete 3D TCAD-DTCO software ecosystem.
